Amber Adams

Amber was born and raised in East Tennessee and currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two dogs, Baloo and Becky. Amber, a novice baker, hasn’t met a dessert she doesn’t like, but there’s only one she can pull off in the kitchen, the chocolate chip cookie. Her speciality is perfectly spacing and baking Nestle chocolate chip cookies to their perfect gooeyness. 


Amber and Erin first met when Amber’s boyfriend at the time, and now husband, took her to meet the family. Some would say it was love at first sight for these two. Being married to brothers, these sister-in-laws have spent countless hours crying, laughing, and helping each other do life. Their relationship is built on a judgement free zone and good eats making their kitchens the safest place to unload, unwind, and enjoy some good company.

Erin Adams

Erin, formerly the Executive Pastry Chef for Wolfgang Puck Catering and bakery owner, lives in northern Virginia with 2 little girls, dog Chloe, and her husband. She started her career as a ballet dancer then switched gears and went to culinary school. 


Erin loves to bake and cook and often creates her favorite meals while rummaging around the fridge finding random ingredients to put together. Her favorite baked good to eat is a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and her favorite thing to create are sculpted cakes with fondant. While there’s not much Erin tries to steer clear of in the kitchen, French macarons are her one true nemesis.
